Professional Development Philosophy
Professional development is encouraged for all staff members in order to enrich the staff member’s skill set while elevating the great school community and culture.
Staff members are urged to pursue professional development opportunities that will enhance their work and discuss options with their supervisor. Supervisors can quickly approve experiences for up to $200 and resources for up to $30 on an annual basis. Professional development opportunities that are greater in cost should be approved by the supervisor after consultation the CFO.
